At the outset, I would like to congratulate Mr. Sudhin Mandanna, the founder of KAIG Group and Q-SKILLS, on his initiative of imparting innovative skill-based education for students from the primary to the degree level with the view to focusing on life’s success, buttressed with a remarkable career. It is not everybody’s bag to take up such an adventurous task in the present global scenario to develop a challenging curriculum and chic to reach first in the race.
In this marathon, I am extremely happy to learn that Dr. Sujatha Bopanna, persona grata, a powerful lady with an ebullient smile, an academician par excellence, and an administrator of iron hand with velvet gloves, is entrusted with the responsibility of developing the curriculum for different subjects by talented teachers of devotion and dedication. Greetings to all, I am extremely grateful for Q-Skills for providing an opportunity for me as well as for my intern, Mr. Yashas R, for the content preparation of the Space Science section. Space science, also known as cosmology, is one of the important branches of science that deals with the study of various celestial bodies. Nowadays, as we progress further with advancements in technology, it is essential for us to understand our fundamental origins. I congratulate Mr. Yashas for taking the initiative to contribute to this project. Based on my observation about the curriculum arrangement, I liked that they have given equal importance to aspects such as religious tolerance, life skills, and value education, which are often considered to be self-learning or co-curricular topics just like the mainstream topics. Regarding the science and technology aspect, Mr. Yashas R has arranged the chapters as per the respective age groups, and the topics are explained by him at the simplest level possible.
The majority of the source material for this project has been taken from the archives of NASA present at the West Virginia facility, USA. I finally would like to wish the best of luck for the organisation to achieve its target of providing quality educational content, and I hope that the content furnished by us for science and technology may yield good success for the organisation.
